After working for 36 years at National Aluminium Company Ltd. specialising himself in the heavy industrial sector, Aluminium Smelters and captive Power Plants, Mr. Patnaik has transitioned seamlessly into the entrepreneurial landscape, where he has spent the last five years driving growth across diverse global markets. Throughout his extensive tenure in the power and metals industries, Mr. Patnaik established himself as a specialist in high-stakes industrial management. His core competencies during this period included Supply Chain Management, Optimizing complex logistics and procurement frameworks to ensure seamless industrial operations.
Building upon his technical and administrative foundation, Mr. Patnaik embarked on a successful entrepreneurial journey nine years ago. His visionary approach has allowed him to diversify his expertise, leading ventures that address the critical infrastructure needs of a modern economy.

Abhyudaya Das, Co-Founder and Director of SSTS Global Private Limited, embodies leadership which requires more than just administrative oversight In the modern global industrial landscape, bearing a rare synthesis of technical grounding and financial foresight. Abhyudaya’s journey began in the rigorous world of Civil Engineering. This foundational background provided him with a structural mindset, an innate ability to deconstruct complex problems, understand the mechanics of large-scale projects, and appreciate the physical realities of infrastructure development. However, his professional trajectory took a pivotal turn immediately following his graduation. Recognizing the critical role that risk mitigation plays in global development, he transitioned into the Reinsurance sector.
For over a decade and a half, Abhyudaya has navigated the intricacies of the reinsurance industry. This field, which sits at the very heart of global economic stability, requires an exceptional grasp of statistical probability, long-term strategic planning, and international regulatory frameworks. His 16-year tenure in this space has seen him manage complex portfolios, analyze large-scale industrial risks, and foster relationships with global stakeholders. This deep dive into risk management allowed him to view the world of construction and engineering through a different lens, not just as structures of steel and concrete, but as assets requiring sophisticated protection and strategic viability.
Abhyudaya reached a definitive milestone in his career. His enduring passion for the construction and engineering sectors, the very field that sparked his academic interest remained a driving force.
